On the Day
Upon arrival, before we can start the set up, you will be
asked to complete the Hire Agreement and
understand the
Safety Operating Guidelines.
We will also require full payment, by cash or cheque.
Cheques should be made payable to
J Blake or S Rickman and supported by a cheque guarantee card.
For
insurance purposes we also require you to
produce
two forms of identity, one of
which must include your address. These
may be in the form of a driving
licence, utility
bill, passport or
bank statement.
Cancellations
We operate a policy of trust - YOU
TRUST US to turn up and WE TRUST YOU to give us as much notice
as possible of a cancellation.
Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds in
the event of adverse weather conditions
or if your event was cancelled after delivery of the units.
