Delivery & Collection
Delivery
Delivery is free
of charge within a
designated radius of the Basingstoke area, but an additional
charge may be made for delivery outside of the area.
This is discretionary and will be agreed at the time of
booking. However,
our prices and service remain second to none wherever you may be located
and for any event you are organising however
large or small.
We will
deliver at a time, which is both convenient to
you, and us alike. In some
circumstances we may have to vary the stated delivery time by agreement.
This may be at short notice due to increased workloads, but this should
not affect your period of hire.
We aim to set up your inflatable and
to demonstrate any safety features relating to its operation on delivery.
If you, as the
customer, advise that this is not possible or practical, we shall
not be held responsible for any incident caused by its set up or
inflation. We will endeavour to replace
any inflatable that fails due to normal mechanical / electrical defects,
(that is not caused by misuse, negligence, vandalism or lack of due care
and attention by contravening the hire agreement) free of charge.
If we cannot replace your inflatable a full refund will be given.
Collection
We will collect your
inflatable at a mutually convenient time within the
hire period.
